In the design of our mini mansion, we strived for harmony and complete comfort. The natural materials used on the floors and walls make the Carpital Residence cozy.
We’ve designed it in its entirety to make every minute a comfort and recharge that you spend here at the top of the Kiliti Vineyard.

Environmental Protection
When designing the building, we considered the naturalness of materials and sustainable development to be of primary importance. By installing water-saving systems, we replaced the old obsolete halogen bulbs with energy-saving LED consumers, which not only made our mansion more cozy, but also saved a lot of electricity. Hot water and heating are provided by an ECOpellet boiler, which has an A+ environmental rating.
Grill party
The total area is 4000 square meters, which includes an exclusive fireplace for 8-10 people. Skewers and charcoal are available for barbecue. If you require these, please indicate this when booking. In 2022, the restoration of the more than 80-year-old 20-square-meter vaulted wine cellar will be completed.
GARDEN
The wellness unit offers full views of the north-eastern part of the garden and the recessed fireplace. At the back of the garden is a lantern terrace with four-person garden furniture in the shade of three huge walnut trees.
To the south of the garden is the entrance to the mini mansion, the gate entrance and the parking lot.
